Through somatic work, nervous system support, and grounded spiritual guidance, I help you move through fear gently and create the inner shifts that make everything else possible — without burning out, spiraling, or abandoning yourself in the process.

My Journey from Struggle to Success

Once upon a time, I was just like you — trying to hold everything together while feeling like my inner world was constantly unraveling. I cycled between anger, overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, and burnout on repeat. I didn’t understand why I reacted the way I did… I just knew I felt out of control.

But everything changed the day I heard a quiet message from God while driving during COVID:
“It’s time.”
I pulled over and signed up for my first Reiki training right there in the car.

That moment opened a door.

I discovered breathwork. Then somatic healing. Then the nervous system — and suddenly, my patterns finally made sense.

I learned how to create safety in my body, how to understand my fear instead of fight it, and how to move through life with more clarity and capacity than I ever thought possible.

Now, I help purpose-driven women do the same
to understand their nervous system, release old patterns, regulate their emotions, and build the self-trust they need to step into the life they feel called toward.

Because I’ve lived the struggle.
And I know the way through.

I created this work for the woman who knows she’s meant for more, but feels held back by overwhelm, fear, or old patterns she can’t quite shift. You don’t need to force your way into a new season — you need support that helps your body feel safe enough to move.

Because when your internal world becomes regulated and grounded, your external world begins to change too — in ways that feel natural, aligned, and sustainable.

My approach weaves together somatic practices, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and compassionate guidance. It’s simple, gentle, and powerful — helping you create the emotional capacity, clarity, and self-trust needed to step into the life you’ve been feeling called toward.
