SIMPLY PUT, BREATHWORK IS BREATHING WITH INTENTION.
There are many different types of breathwork.
The healing type of breathwork that I use pairs a 2-step breathing pattern with upbeat and positive music to access the subconscious mind and release any stored memories, emotions, stagnant energy, and trauma that might be trapped in the body. It’s important to release these energetic blocks in the body so that we can strengthen our intuition, have more energy, improve our mental health, heal our physical bodies, and become clear about our deepest desires.

Whether in-person or via Zoom, you’ll want to find a comfortable and quiet space where you can lie down and not be interrupted.
If you would like, you can burn sage, palo santo, essential oils, or light a candle to clear your space.
Once we are together, I’ll demonstrate how to do the breath pattern and answer any questions that may come up for you.
Before you start breathing, I’ll ask you to set an intention for your session.
After that, we will take a few breaths together and I will lead you in a grounding mediation.
The music will start playing and I’ll guide you to breathe to the beat of the music for 30-40 minutes.
After the active breathing portion is done, you will have 10-15 minutes to integrate and bring your breath back to normal.
You will receive Reiki and closing with a prayer or poem during this time.
It’s best to take your time coming out of a session. After our time together, you’re invited to journal and/or share what came up for you during your session.

This is my second time working with Haley, and to say it was rewarding, is an understatement. I've never truly understood the power of my own breath, not until now. I'm grateful for the safety Haley provides as well as the guidance and encouragement during the session. For anyone considering breathwork, take this as your sign to say yes to yourself!
My session with Haley was unbelievable. I had no idea that breathwork was going to be so powerful and transformative. It really is incredible that our body can take us to that place all by just focusing on the breath. I received so many downloads during our session and they are still flowing in! I also was able to release a lot of emotions that had been lingering around in my body. Haley was absolutely amazing at making me feel safe, comfortable and guided during our session. The playlist was just what I needed and her words of encouragement really kept me going. I feel like there comes a point in time where we have all of this crap stored inside of us, things we didn’t say.. things we’ve endured and it feels like there’s no way to purge yourself of this. This session did that for me! It allowed me to grab that ball of sh*t and forcibly remove it from my person! It got stuck or tried to hang on but Haley was intuitively there helping me get that emotional growth OUT!! Her intuitive healing style created a safe space to reach the necessary depth, for my healing. I noticed after 24 hours my hearing was super focused & am still hearing different sounds in my music. I also noticed a lightness about myself immediately after the session and that is still the feeling after a week. I am also way more focused, even when multitasking which has been an absolute blessing for my life right now. I will absolutely be scheduling another session soon, it’s a great way to align my mental, physical and spiritual parts into one working vessel!
